Pleasant staff in the whole hotel.

Really nice stay, as always. Great hotel in a decent position on the town square. Exceptionally clean rooms for venue guests. Had great a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave. The pleasant staff and their quick responses to my needs. Location not far from outskirts of town as well as another softball tournament.

Location is absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice, on the town square. The staff are really helpful and very very helpful and deserve a 3-star rating. The rooms are brand-new, with fun games, the large handicap shower provided.

We booked a queen room, it was complete with fun games, the large handicap shower. The breakfast was particularly good and incredible, lots of food.

every visit to jasper we like to stay here. the venue is wonderful and excellent modern. the staff is accommodating and pleasant, makes sure that the place is exceptionally clean. the location is particularly good and decent, not far from many restaurants, and the town center, we loved it.

Very nice clean building and rooms with a handful of fun games for the kids. Favourable location in the middle of jackson, and 15 minute walk from Jasper City Mill Store. Based right by area restaurants and outskirts of town.

Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Updated and brand-new units with fun games and clean towels, for instance.

We had the most good few days there. Truly enjoyed our brand-new rooms, plus the staff was attentive. Booked the hotel for its quiet location right by the town square and many restaurants or places of interest. The breakfast was exceptionally good and incredible, exactly what we required.

the hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly. exceeded my expectations after my previous stay in jasper. the location was quiet and my kids enjoyed the swimming pool. great breakfast options, just be sure to get there early before the food runs out!

Something was off with the bathroom.

The offered breakfast was satisfactory and absolutely fantastic and included a huge variety of options. We had a really really nice stay in our spotlessly clean room with a handful of fun games for the kids. The location was favourable and unbeatable, just a pleasant stroll away from Geode Grotto.

The breakfast at Holiday Inn Express was delicious and had a great variety of options. The spacious dining area made it a comfortable place to enjoy the meal.

During my stay, I encountered an issue with the bathroom door not latching properly. However, the staff was quick to address the problem and offered assistance immediately.
